Cancellation Policies
No Visa No Pay
To request to cancel your booking outside of the cooling period, prior to the Tenancy Start Date as set out in the Tenancy Agreement, you must meet any of the following criteria: Your application for a visa has been declined. If you meet the above Cancellation Criteria and can provide management with evidence demonstrating that you meet the above criteria, your request for cancellation will be granted. If you have already accepted your Tenancy Agreement and paid your first instalment of Rent at the date your cancellation request is granted, the accommodation will refund all rent/s and deposits.
No Placement No Pay
To request to cancel your booking outside of the cooling period, prior to the Tenancy Start Date as set out in the Tenancy Agreement, you must meet any of the following criteria: You have failed to obtain your grades to study at university and as such do not have student status. If you meet the above Cancellation Criteria and can provide management with evidence demonstrating that you meet the above criteria, your request for cancellation will be granted. If you have already accepted your Tenancy Agreement and paid your first instalment of Rent at the date your cancellation request is granted, the accommodation will refund all rent/s and deposits.
Cancellation & Replacement Tenant Policy
If the Tenant wishes to cancel their Tenancy Agreement after the Initial Cancellation Period, or after the tenancy has started, the Tenant will be liable for the Rent and any applicable Fees for the full Tenancy Period or, if shorter, for the period until a replacement tenant takes over responsibility for payment.(The replacement tenant will need to have paid Rent upto at least the next Rent Date before terminationof tenancy is confirmed).If a replacement tenant is found, the Tenant will be liable for the Landlord's reasonable costs of dealing with the changeover, payable within 14 days of invoice. On the commencement of the new tenancy, the Landlord will release the Tenant from their Tenancy Agreement.
Cooling Off Period
Unless the tenancy has already started the Tenant may cancel their Tenancy Agreement (by giving the Landlord written notice of cancellation) at any time during the 14 days (the Initial Cancellation Period) after completing the booking process up until the 1st August. After the 1st August before the start of the relevant academic year the 14 day cooling off period becomes 7 days. If the Tenant cancels the Tenancy Agreement in these circumstances the Landlord will make no charge and will return the Deposit in full to the Tenant. If the tenancy has started the Tenant has no right to cancel the Tenancy Agreement. If the Tenancy has started or if the Initial Cancellation Period has already passed and the Tenant asks to be moved to a different room, the Tenant has no right to cancel the tenancy agreement for the replacement room.

Booking fees
There are no booking fees/holding fees associated with this property. To book the room you would pay deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay.
Payment Plan
This property accepts the following payment plans: 1 or 3 and 10 Instalments. You are able to do 10 instalments if you are on a scholarship or can prove a monthly income.

This property takes payment via bank transfer or online portal.
Guarantor Requirement
A Guarantor will be required for any payment more than 1. Your Guarantor must have a UK address and photo ID, be full time employed or own a property. You will also need to fill out a guarantor agreement prior to Check-In. This property also accepts 3rd party guarantors.
