To request to cancel your booking outside of the cooling period, prior to the Tenancy Start Date as set out in the Tenancy Agreement, you must meet any of the following criteria: You have failed to obtain your grades to study at university and as such do not have student status. If you meet the above Cancellation Criteria and can provide management with evidence demonstrating that you meet the above criteria, your request for cancellation will be granted. If you have already accepted your Tenancy Agreement and paid your first instalment of Rent at the date your cancellation request is granted, the accommodation will refund all rent/s and deposits.

This property offers a replacement tenant (student) to cancel your booking. this would be outside of the cooling period and can be prior to check-in along with during your stay: In the circumstances where a replacement Occupant is found to take over your Accommodation Licence Agreement, then you will be released from the current Agreement with effect from the start date of the new Agreement and upon paying an administration fee of £250. The remainder of any payments made to us will be returned to you.
