Cancelling your Booking

Creating a Cancellation request:

  1. Visit our website, and scroll down to support at the bottom of the home page. You can also visit our Help Centre and click on “support”.

  2. Click onto our email address and submit a cancellation request via email.

  3. You will need to provide us with all details of your booking, including name, email, phone number, and property. You can also email us asking for a cancellation request form to be filled out with all of this information

  4. Await our detail to get back to you via email. Usually this can take up to 48 hours, but we will try our best to assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that cancellation terms an conditions may apply to the property you have booked.

Cancelation T&C’s

To find the specific cancellation terms for the property you've booked, visit the property page on our website. Please note that the cancellation policy displayed reflects the most recently updated policies from the property management company, however they may differ from what was applicable at the time of your booking.

Cancelling During Your Cooling Period

cancelling your booking before moving into the property is possible. However, it's advisable to cancel during the cooling-off period to receive a full refund of your payment. These policies will usually be found on the contract signed for the specific property. The cooling-off period and policies may vary from property to property.

Cancelling After Your Move-In

In most cases If you need to cancel your tenancy contract for student housing after moving in, you will need to find a replacement tenant. You can find a replacement tenant to take over your tenancy contract, which can help to free you from any further obligations

you can also contact directly with the property management company at your specific building to help assist with this, as we do not accept any forms of payment through the website and all deposits and payments will be made directly to your specific property.
